Wire-free bras that you can live in during this time of self-quarantining and working from home is key. A little bit of support when you need it, but mostly structure-less comfort. We asked the Facebook Group for the best plus-size bralettes, from smoothing wire-free bras to cute lacy bralettes, and their answers were right on the money.
Here are the best places to shop for plus-size bralettes and wire-free bras:
Harper Wilde
In particular, The Bliss style comes highly recommended. Members of our group noted that while it's not the cutest style, it provides lift and support but not a ton of separation and that it goes unnoticed under a top. Plus, they claim that it's ridiculously soft.
Sizes: XS - 3XL (28A - 44F)
Cake Maternity
While this maternity company mostly offers nursing bras, this particular style is a seamless lounge bra. A member of our community mentions that offers great support, even without underwire. With straps that allow you to adjust or even criss-cross, and 4 columns of 3 rows of hooks at the back clasp, you can make minor adjustments to it each time you wear it.
Sizes: XS - XXL (28F - 40I)
Cacique by Lane Bryant
Offering a wide array of wire-free styles, Lane Bryant's intimates line Cacique came up time and time again. Cacique is even offering a no-wire bra that promises to be cooling, making it a compelling purchase for those warmer months full of boob sweat! With a variety of levels of support, silhouettes, and colors, you'll be sure to find what you're looking for!
Sizes: some styles available in sizes 4 - 28, and others in cup and band sizes 36B - 50H
Auden by Target
Though not coming necessarily recommended as tried-and-true by our members, many had their eye on lace bralettes from Target's intimates line Auden and Colsie. With both lacy styles and lounge styles at incredibly affordable price points, it's a great way to try the bralette trend.
Sizes: plus offerings from X - 4X (which aligns with 14W - 30W)
Torrid
Another tried-and-true brand specializing in plus-sizes, Torrid comes highly recommended by our Facebook group for their bralettes. One member who has tried a handful of different styles in particular recommends this bralette that comes with removable pads, and even claims that it's the only style she wears on the weekends. Another member claimed that while Torrid's styles worked for her cup size, it didn't also accommodate for her smaller band size and she wasn't able to find anything that worked for her shape due to the proportions.
Sizes: 00 - 5 (which aligns with a size US 10 - 28)
Impish Lee
This sustainable, female-owned brand is known for their customizable intimates made in the US. You can customize your lining, design, fabrics, and finishes so you can create the lingerie of your dreams. Or, you can shop some of their favorite styles which tend to be soft and feminine, with details like delicate lace and playful straps. The price point tends to be a bit higher than some of the other options on this list, making it the perfect option for a special occasion treat.
Sizes: 0 - 30 and bra sizes 28A - 44J
Lola Getts
Our favorite brand for activewear leggings also makes bralettes that come highly recommended from members of our Facebook Group! With one tried-and-true silhouette in a variety of colors, including a few different hues of tie-dye, this style could be your next favorite bralette.
Sizes: 00 - 3 (10/12 - 26/28)
TomboyX
